Ask your customer to show you their QR code in the MemDB app. Once scanned, you will be navigated to the member's page. If the customer isn't a member yet, you can add them as member immediately.
Record purchase
Large retail companies have traditionally used point-based reward systems, requiring customers to carry multiple membership cards. However, with the introduction of a dedicated app, customers can now conveniently manage their points, track every transaction, and even redeem their points as cash in the future.
Send coupons
In MemDB, each coupon has a corresponding quota, and some coupons require the use of points. After the coupons are released, all members will receive a push notification, and the coupons are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
In-app chatting
One thing shops don't do enough is asking customers for contact. But this is awkward. In MemDB, once you added a customer as a member, you can chat with them at any time. Better still, you can broadcast message to ALL of your customers if you want.
